- Compare courses and costs: comparison criteria, written information and questions to resolve.
- Go to official sources: Transport Canada publications and the flight training unit search.
How to use this information
When schools describe their courses differently, separate the questions. Is a requirement part of licensing, or part of that school’s own course arrangements? Is an item included in the quote, or is its cost still to be confirmed? Compare the written information item by item before deciding what to do next.
This site provides information and a way to compare it. Confirm current courses, individual medical fitness, admission and application outcomes with the organisations responsible.
Information and support
The site currently provides training guides, comparison information and links to official sources. It does not assess individual eligibility, admission, medical fitness or employment prospects, or promise courses or places on behalf of a school.
Individual advisory support is not currently offered through this page; no person responsible, fees, scope or deliverables have been established here. There is therefore no appointment, payment or personal information submission form. You do not need to watch a video, complete an assessment or download a checklist to read the content.
What to check at the source
Check permit and licence requirements with Transport Canada. Obtain current written course, quote and scheduling information from schools, and hiring requirements from the relevant employers. A listing in Transport Canada’s public directory is not a recommendation by Flight Radius or evidence of suitability or available places.
